We have a fantastic new opening for a PA and Premises Manager to join our team. This integral post offers the opportunity for the post holder to contribute directly towards improving the experiences of service users and visitors to our centre.
The post-holder will support the CEO and board of Trustees, as well as oversee the smooth day to day running of our busy community premises. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent standards of written and verbal communication as well as the ability to effectively balance multiple demands and successfully deliver high quality standards of work.
We are looking for someone with a positive, hands-on attitude, as well as being solution focused and enjoying being helpful and working as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Candidates will need strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and a resourceful and proactive approach in order to manage this dual role with confidence. They will also need to demonstrate outstanding professional standards and be effective at handling appropriate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Centre 404 is dedicated to staff development and supervision and we will provide a detailed induction and on-going training and support.
We are also committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk and we are looking to recruit people who share these values. All offers of employment are subject to an enhanced DBS check, proof of eligibility to work in the UK and two satisfactory references.
