This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, as well as their management and supervision abilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to fulfil a role forming part of the management team at one of Centre 404’s Supported Living projects for adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will work together with the management team and other Senior Support Workers to maintain and drive quality service delivery by being the primary day to day contact for staff on site, whilst supporting service users in a positive and person-centred way.

You will lead designated teams within the service and be responsible for supervision, coaching, monitoring and record keeping of the teams.

In addition, you will assist with inductions, spot checks and observations of staff practice. This will include leading formal meetings, checking daily communication through handover and reporting systems and acting as a role model by highlighting areas of good practice and challenging areas of development.

The ideal candidate will be organised, have good attention to detail, and be enthusiastic about delivering an excellent quality service with a friendly and confident approach. They will also be able to manage a varied workload and have a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Centre 404 is committed to staff development and supervision and we will provide a detailed induction and on-going training and support to enable the successful candidate to grow within this role.
