Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.
We are now looking for a motivated and well-organised manager to join us in a key Training and Development role.
The successful candidate will act as the service area lead for Centre 404’s Housing Related Support Services in aspects such as the following:
- Recruitment, induction and personnel management within the service
- Developing and implementing an improved programme of staff training and development
- Provide leadership in ensuring the quality of service delivery and raising standards within the service
- Identify opportunities for the development and continual improvement of the Housing service and contribute to the ongoing development of personnel and training & development practices in the organisation.
This role forms an important part of the senior management team and we are therefore looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing staff and delivering quality training.
