[Family Carers] Transition workshop
Are you caring for someone with Learning Disabilities or Autism? The end of their school years or transition to adulthood can be a time filled with anxiety. Centre 404 have teamed up with Family Carers Action Group to deliver this vital workshop, in which you can ask questions to those who have already been through this transition.
What to expect:
• Hear real stories from experienced family carers who’ve navigated the transition to adult services
• Get a clear roadmap of the steps you need to take as your loved one enters adulthood
• Learn about the key changes and opportunities that come with this new life stage
