Salary: £42,000 – £44,000

Centre 404 is a prominent and successful charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families. Based in North London we currently work across 6 London boroughs.
At this exciting time in the evolution of our charity, we have a brand new opportunity for an experienced, and solution-focused individual to join our Senior Management Team as Head of Finance and Digital Resources. This role leads the financial operations of Centre 404, and will work collaboratively with the Senior Management team on the continued development of our integrated digital strategy to ensure that all parts of the organisation enjoy a first-class service.
This crucial role will be responsible for the timely and accurate management and financial reporting across the organisation, fostering a culture of financial accountability and ensuring that all stakeholders have a sense of co-ownership of this; working closely with the senior management team you will support grant applications to ensure that the terms and conditions of these grants are understood and complied with.
Centre 404 has invested in external cloud based I.T services management to support the delivery of our strategic plan. This role will take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of best value I.T services across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with experience in a financial leadership position and working closely with other senior managers. They will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to a range of audiences and collaborate with key stakeholders in ensuring the financial sustainability of the organisation. Experience within the charity sector and of developing financial strategy are also desirable, although not essential.
In return, the post holder will benefit from being part of a well-established and supportive Finance function and Senior Leadership Team.
