Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and solution focused professional to join our Central Service as HR Advisor, to support with the delivery of high quality and efficient HR functions across the organisation.
The post holder will be involved in the following key areas:
- Taking responsibility for employee relations case work across the organisation
- Acting as the main point of contact and support for managers and staff in relation to any queries, advising on best practice, Centre 404 policy and employment law; this will include developing and delivering informative and engaging training sessions to staff and management on a range of HR procedures and initiatives
- Personnel related administration and compliance for all new starters and renewals as applicable – DBS, eligibility to work, references, etc.
- Supporting with the preparation and implementation of key projects for the HR team
We are looking for an approachable HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, who has experience in leading and advising on employee relations casework, building positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and an ability to confidently address a range of HR queries. You will be proactive and able to take initiative in resolving issues and implementing new initiatives, taking pride in offering timely and effective support to staff and managers across our busy organisation.
