Salary: £24,000 per annum, pro rata

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and solution focused professional to join our Central Service as HR Coordinator, to support with the delivery of high quality and efficient HR functions across the organisation.

The post holder will be involved in the following key areas:

  • Coordinating employee relations case work load for an organisation of approximately 250 staff
  • Acting as a point of contact and support for managers and staff in relation to any queries, advising on best practice, Centre 404 policy and employment law
  • Compliance for all new starters and renewals as applicable – DBS, eligibility to work, references, etc.
  • Provide a high level of support and administration for our wider HR activities

We are looking for someone who has a good working knowledge in and exposure to employee relations case work and a willingness to hit the ground running and develop this in post, as well as having a proactive and diligent attitude to their work, priding themselves on supporting staff and managers across our busy organisation. A keen eye for detail is also key!
