We are currently recruiting for a Positive Behaviour Support focused Day Opportunities Project Manager to assist in ensuring the smooth running and development of our Day Opportunities provision within our Learning and Leisure service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role that is dynamic and multi-faceted, and to see the direct impact of your work. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Creation, implementation and ongoing development of services relating to all activities within the Learning & Leisure’s Day Opportunities provisions
  • All aspects of line management of Learning and Leisure Day Opportunities staff
  • Implementation and on-going development of a brand-new service in Haringey
  • Working with the Head of Service to contribute to the general development of Centre 404’s strategy and services
  • Ensuring all Day Opportunities projects are delivered in line with Centre 404’s mission and values and that they promote inclusion and diversity
