Salary: £13.00 per hour (for non-PBS bank work, rates will vary)

Hours: Variable (please note, evening and weekend work may be required for this role). 

Responsible to: PBS and Autism Lead/Project Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Support Worker.

Location: Working across Haringey, Enfield, Islington and Camden boroughs. 

Centre 404 are partnered with councils across North London to transform services for those most vulnerable in society and provide excellent person-centred care.

The role will involve the delivery of person-centred care to a range of people with autism and behaviours that challenge. The role can involve complex risk management and positive behaviour support to offer the best opportunities for the person. The role will also provide sessional cover and support to service users. Your bank hours will be optional and are not guaranteed as they are offered on a needs basis and when cover is required. Any hours accepted will be agreed on an ongoing basis.
