Hourly rate: £113.50

Hours: Flexible – weekends preferred.  Opportunity for progression to permanent contract.

Centre 404 is looking for proactive, positive, and compassionate people with experience in demanding settings to join our Positive Behaviour Support team, minimising risk and maximising choice for the people we support. We provide individually tailored positive behaviour support services for people with diverse and complex needs. The duties will be varied, and no two days will be the same.

We are looking for caring and empathetic staff who ideally have three years + of experience working with people with learning disabilities and/or Autism and behaviours that challenge.  This experience allied with an understanding of human behaviour, an ability to build rapport to forge lasting relationships and a passion for improving the lives of others will ensure a truly rewarding and sustained level of job satisfaction.

You will be implementing positive behaviour support plans and interventions while empowering the individual with making meaningful choices, accessing the community for rewarding activities, and building independence.
