We currently have a number of exciting vacancies to join our Day Opportunities provision as Positive Behaviour Support Workers! These are a set of newly created roles that will focus on delivering person-centred care to a range of people with Autism and behaviours that may challenge, providing support to offer them the best opportunities.

As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will have a chance to be involved in the implementation of support plans and risk assessments, as well as helping respond to triggers for behaviours that may be of concern. You will also provide emotional support to the individuals, promote decision making, facilitate and participate in a range of social and leisure activities and support them to achieve goals and positive outcomes, helping build self-esteem and confidence. This is by no means an exhaustive list – you can find further details in the full job description and are also welcome to get in touch with us if you have any questions! You can reach us at recruitment@centre404.org.uk or on 0207 607 8762.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience of working with vulnerable client groups, including people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, and of delivering personalised outcomes for them, improving quality of life and maintaining positive environmental factors.

Please find a full job description here.

How to apply: Please submit a CV along with a cover statement (either within the email itself or as an attachment) addressing the following: “Tell us more about why you are interested in this role and what you would bring to this post in terms of your knowledge, skills and experience”. Please ensure you refer to the person specification in your statement and explain how you meet the criteria.

We would also appreciate if you could complete a diversity monitoring form.
