Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support Worker – Outreach

Hourly Rate: £11.50 per hour

Hours: Various. Hour include Sunday (10.5 hours available), Monday (4.5 hours available), Tuesday (2.5 hours available), Wednesday (7 hours available), Thursday (2 hours available), Friday (2 hours available) and Saturday (7 hours available).

Contract: Bank

Location: Islington, Enfield and Camden.

We currently have a number of exciting vacancies to join our Outreach provision as Positive Behaviour Support Workers! These roles will focus on delivering person-centred care to a range of people with Autism and behaviours that may challenge, providing support to offer them the best opportunities.

As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will have a chance to be involved in the implementation of support plans and risk assessments, as well as helping respond to triggers for behaviours that may be of concern. You will also provide emotional support to the individuals, promote decision making, facilitate and participate in a range of social and leisure activities and support them to achieve goals and positive outcomes, helping build self-esteem and confidence.
