Centre 404 is a successful local charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in north London.
We are now looking for a friendly, approachable and proactive individual to join our team as Receptionist and Premises Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to use your strong administrative and organisational skills to support a well-loved and busy charity!
The post holder will form a key part of the premises team, including responsibility for the reception and communal areas, as well as supporting the Premises Manager to ensure the smooth running of our wider facilities. You will be the first point of contact – and friendly face – that people refer to at Centre 404. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the organisation, ensuring queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner and escalating any issues to the Premises Manager as applicable.
It is an exciting time to be joining the team and the organisation, as we look forward to moving back to our lovely refurbished Centre on Camden Road in the upcoming months – and this role will be a key player in the process!
So if you have experience of providing quality administrative support as part of a front facing role, with strong interpersonal and organisation skills, a proactive and solution focused approach to your work, and are keen to apply these in a setting where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!
Candidates are strongly encouraged to read the full job description and visit our website for background information about our Centre before submitting their applications.
