Salary: £17,472 per annum
Hours: 30hrs per week – Monday to Friday from 8am til 2pm (Occasional Evening or Weekend might be required)
Contract type: Fixed term, 6 months – with possible scope for extension to 12 months
Centre 404 is a prominent and successful charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families, currently working across six London boroughs.
We are now looking for a friendly, approachable and proactive individual to join our team as a receptionist in one of flagship supported living service in Islington. This is an excellent opportunity to use your strong customer service and organisational skills to support a thriving charity!
The service supports 19 adults with learning disability, physical, sensory and communication support needs, who require 24/7 support.
The post holder will have day to day responsibility for the reception area and will be the first point of contact – and friendly face – that people refer to at Centre 404, ensuring all visitors feel welcome. They will also respond to enquiries from a range of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of communication and a positive and helpful approach. This role will also oversee receptionist volunteers, offering guidance and support in line with their needs and ongoing development.
