Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator to join the Central Service with a focus on delivering high quality administration and accurate processing, filing and recording of information in the following key areas:

  • Recruitment – from advertising through to interview process; events/fairs and processing of applicants/new starters
  • Compliance – for all new starters and renewals as applicable, DBS, eligibility to work, references, etc.

In addition, this role will coordinate and directly action recruitment initiatives and be a key point of contact for any recruitment related queries across the organisation, as well as reporting on figures regularly.

We are looking for someone with a positive, hands-on attitude and comprehensive experience in providing high quality administrative support and guidance. Excellent standards of written and verbal communication and the ability to engage effectively with a range of people are also essential, as well as enjoying working as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Candidates will also need strong organisational and presentation abilities, attention to detail, and a resourceful and proactive approach to resolving issues and meeting targets.
