Hours:                               35 hours (21 hours admin; 14 hours support)

Our Day Opportunities provision supports adults with a wide range of support needs to be active members of the community, increase their independence, increase their life skills and support to set themselves goals and achievements to work towards.

Our daytime service has seen an exciting phase of growth and development, including expansion of services both in size and number of venues we offer the service from, across various North & East London Boroughs.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will have a chance to be involved in the implementation of support plans and risk assessments, as well as helping respond to triggers for behaviours that may be of concern. You will also provide emotional support to the individuals, promote decision making, facilitate and participate in a range of social and leisure activities and support them to achieve goals and positive outcomes, helping build self-esteem and confidence. This is a great job for someone who enjoys having some leadership influence and involvement but without the burden or stress of difficult situations or responsibilities as we have a strong senior leadership team who will take the lead in any complex scenarios.  This leave you free to do the enjoyable, creative and organisational aspects of a leadership role while still being hands on with our fabulous service users.
