Part-time Senior Support Worker
Salary: £25,976.86 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week based on 25.5 hours per week as SSW and 11.5 hours as support worker
(including days, evenings and some weekends).

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, as well as their management and supervision abilities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to fulfil a role forming part of the management team at Leigh Road. The successful candidate will work together with the management team and other Senior Support Workers to maintain and drive quality service delivery by being the primary day to day contact for staff on site.
You will lead designated teams within the service and be responsible for supervision, coaching, monitoring and record keeping of the teams. In addition, you will assist with inductions, spot checks and observations of staff practice. This will include
leading formal meetings, checking daily communication through handover and reporting systems and acting as a role model by highlighting areas of good practice and challenging areas of development.
The ideal candidate will be organised, have good attention to detail, and be enthusiastic about delivering an excellent quality service with a friendly and confident approach. They will also be able to manage a varied workload and have a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
