Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to fulfil the role of Service Administrator and Case Worker within our services for adults and young people with learning disabilities. Working alongside a team of support workers, you will provide support with administrative and financial systems for the project, as well as leading on a designated caseload of service users, including planning and coordinating their support and acting as a main point of contact for them, their families and our team of Personal Assistants. You will also contribute to the development and growth of the project, the maintenance of high quality service delivery and the smooth and safe running of the service.

We are looking for a proactive person with a can-do attitude and a proven track record of working successfully with people with learning disabilities, or another vulnerable client group. In additional, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with service users, families and professionals. Experience of developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems is essential, as is an eye for detail and commitment to delivering a consistently high quality of service.

Dependent on the candidate, there is also the possibility to complement this role with permanent Personal Assistant hours.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to read the full job description and background information before submitting their applications.
