Hours: Range of full-time permanent, part-time permanent, and flexible bank opportunities available.

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality services to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families, in North London.

We are currently looking for driven and energetic people to join our team at one of our supported living accommodations at Tollington Way. The project supports 4 lively tenants who enjoy taking part in a range of social events such parties, cinema, theatre, and music sessions. Working at this project, you would help build on existing support, seek new ventures as well as maintaining and developing tenants’ existing interests and relationships with family and friends.

Keen to get involved here or with opportunities across our other projects? If you are positive, flexible and eager to develop new skills, this may be just right for you! We are always looking for friendly, energetic people to join us and promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of those we support, empower them to make choices and help build and maintain relationships.

You will provide support to children and/or adults with a range of mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities – this could be in their homes, at supported housing projects like Tollington Way, at our Centre or out and about accessing exciting activities!

We have a range of full-time and part-time permanent vacancies available. Previous experience in this role is not essential, as we are fully committed to staff development. As part of this, we will provide you with an in-depth induction, as well as ongoing training and support for you to learn everything you will need to be a great Support Worker.

BANK OPPORTUNITIES (£9.50 – £10 per hour, variable hours)

We also offer Bank Support Work roles, which are ideally suited to people who are looking for flexibility and variety in their work. Bank hours will be optional and are not guaranteed, any hours accepted will be agreed on an ongoing basis. Hourly rates may also vary, depending on which projects you work on.

How to apply: Please submit your up to date CV along with a completed Application form. We would also appreciate if you could complete a Diversity Monitoring Form.
