Hours: Range of full-time and part-time permanent opportunities available

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality services to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families, in North London.

Within our Independent Support Service, we are looking for friendly and energetic Support Workers to work alongside a young man in his early twenties with high physical needs, supporting him with his daily routine and engaging with him in his daily activities.

He has a wicked sense of humour and his favourite TV is the Inbetweeners, which may give you some indication of what to expect! He responds well to people who enjoy laughing and who don’t take life too seriously. He is also a bit of a cinephile and an avid gamer, so supporting him with regular trips to the cinema and playing Xbox games are essential!

What would really benefit him is someone who can act as a role model and encourage him to socialise with his peers and family.  So if you’re keen to get involved, are positive, flexible and eager to develop new skills, this may be just the right opportunity for you!

We have a range of full-time and part-time permanent vacancies available. Previous experience in this role is not essential, as we are fully committed to staff development. As part of this, we will provide you with an in-depth induction, as well as ongoing training and support for you to learn everything you will need to be a great Support Worker.

Full details are available in the Job Description.
