We have an exciting opportunity to join our organisation in this pivotal role, which will focus on recruiting and engaging fantastic people who share our values and passion for delivering excellent quality services for people with learning disabilities, Autism, and their family carers.

As Talent Acquisition and Engagement Coordinator, you will be the go-to contact and champion for proactive recruitment and engagement initiatives, and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – from advertising through to interviews. You will have the opportunity to liaise with stakeholders from across the organisation, including senior management, and to make a real, lasting difference.

We are looking for someone who is results driven and passionate about sourcing and retaining great staff, recognising the value this adds and promoting it effectively. As an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, as well as working on your own initiative and generating innovative ideas for recruitment and retention purposes.

The successful candidate will benefit from a comprehensive induction and handover from the outgoing post-holder, as well as ongoing training within a friendly, supportive team environment.
