Join us on Tuesday where Hugh Fraser will be reading a Poem to raise awareness for Carers’ Week at 11am

Then at 12pm Centre 404 will be hosting Music Lunch hour on Zoom, join us for an hour or reminiscing to some favourite hits from the 1960’s and 1970’s.

You can also send in your favourite music songs and have them played on Friday’s music hour too!
