There is an emphasis on developing communication, confidence, self-esteem and life skills as well as building and maintaining key relationships through inclusive, engaging and fun activities.
Our playschemes provide days of adventure for children and young people. The activities can range from physical activities such as dancing and multi sports to more relaxing activities such as a day at the farm and visiting places of interest.
Our playschemes enable children and young people to make new friends outside of their usual friendship circle and enhance their social skills along the way.
Since attending Centre 404’s playscheme in 2021, he has benefited from activities such as 'Go Ape’, park visits, and swimming, which have significantly boosted his confidence, social skills and ability to focus.
