Meet our Senior Management Team

Anna McEwen

CEO

Hello, I’m Anna, and I’m proud to be the CEO of Centre 404. My role is about leading the organisation with heart and purpose—making sure we stay focused on what matters most: supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and their families to live full, meaningful lives. I work closely with our brilliant staff, volunteers, and the people we support to shape our future together.

I’ve spent over 30 years in social care and the charity sector, starting as a support worker and then managing and commissioning services before moving into senior leadership roles. Before joining Centre 404 in July 2025, I was CEO at Bromley Mencap and Headway East London, where I led major improvements in service quality, financial sustainability, and inclusion.

This work is personal for me too. I’m a parent of a teenager with autism and long-term health conditions—and I’ve been on the receiving end of services, including Centre 404’s SENDIASS. That lived experience fuels my passion for building inclusive communities where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

Outside of work, you’ll either find me on a long walk in the forest, at church, or enjoying a kitchen disco.

Tracy Seymour

Director of People and Culture

As Director of People and Culture, I lead on all things related to our people, learning and development, quality, and facilities. My role is about creating a positive, inclusive culture where our teams can thrive—because when our people thrive, so do the individuals and families we support. I also oversee our Camden Road offices and community hub, ensuring they remain welcoming and accessible spaces for all.

With over 30 years’ experience in HR, organisational development, and leadership across the charity, education, and health and social care sectors, I’m passionate about values-led, person-centred practice. Since joining Centre 404, I’ve focused on building a skilled, motivated workforce and strengthening our quality systems. In 2024, I stepped in as Interim CEO during a leadership transition, helping to ensure stability and continued progress.

Outside of work, I’m usually cheering on three of my four boys from the sidelines of a rugby pitch or enjoying long beach walks in Norfolk with our dog, Amber.

Sarah Spintetti

Director of Services

As Director of Services, I provide strategic leadership across all our adult services, including supported living, day opportunities, Positive Behaviour Support, and our specialist work in Dementia and End of Life Care. I oversee service development, budgeting, partnerships, and quality assurance—ensuring our services are inclusive, sustainable, and responsive.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in the charity and NGO (non-Government organisation) sectors across the UK, Europe, South America, and the Middle East, I’ve worked with diverse communities—from women affected by domestic violence to refugees, older adults, and people with learning disabilities and autism.

I’m deeply committed to Centre 404’s mission. Our focus on inclusion and co-production drives everything we do, and I’m proud to be part of a team that’s building a society where everyone has the opportunity to live the life they choose.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me on a yoga mat or planning my next adventure with my son.

Anamaria Vrkic

Director of Children, Young People, Families and Engagement

As Director of Children, Young People, Families and Engagement, I lead the strategic development and delivery of services that support children, young people, and families at Centre 404. My role spans service quality, safeguarding, partnership building, and advocacy—ensuring that the voices and needs of those we support are at the heart of everything we do. I also oversee our work in fundraising, volunteering, and community engagement, helping to grow our impact and reach.

With 19 years’ experience in health and social care, I’ve worked extensively with children and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. My background includes safeguarding, service development, volunteer management, fundraising, and strategic communications. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, empowering environments where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.

What drives me is seeing the real, lasting impact our work has on individuals and families. It’s a privilege to be part of a team that’s committed to making a difference every day.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my cat, Tiggy.

Rory Howlett

Head of Community Support Services

As Head of Community Support Services, I lead our outreach programmes and community-integrated supported living services, supporting hundreds of adults across Islington and Camden. My focus is on delivering high-quality, strengths-based care that empowers individuals to live with dignity and independence.

With a background in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I’ve always been passionate about helping people tap into their inner strengths—often ones they didn’t know they had. Over the past decade in health and social care, I’ve specialised in building person-centred services that truly reflect the needs and aspirations of those we support.

I’m proud to be part of Centre 404, an organisation that shares my belief in recognising each person as an individual with their own goals and values. Together, we’re creating services that make a real difference.
Outside of work, I enjoy running and travelling!

Victor Simango

Head of Finance and IT

As Head of Finance and IT, I lead Centre 404’s financial strategy and digital infrastructure, ensuring we remain financially sustainable and digitally resilient in support of our mission. I joined the organisation in July 2025.

With over 23 years’ experience across sectors including banking, insurance, education, and charities, I bring a strong track record in financial leadership, cost control, and strategic planning. I oversee all financial operations—from budgeting and compliance to risk and statutory reporting—and provide clear, timely insight to the Board and senior leadership team.

I also lead our IT strategy, driving improvements in data systems, cyber security, and digital service delivery. I support fundraising efforts by ensuring robust donor reporting and sound financial planning for funding proposals.

I’m passionate about building systems that empower frontline teams, improve transparency, and enhance impact. I’m also a strong advocate for lifelong learning and regularly coach young professionals entering the finance sector.

Outside of work, I enjoy football, golf, and Formula 1. I draw energy from my faith, my community, and my love of sport. I’m a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), with extensive leadership experience across Africa and the UK.
