We are looking for a proactive and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team. You will play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous learning across the organisation by managing training systems, coordinating sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the training calendar and bookings
  • Lead implementation and upkeep of the PeopleXD (HR System) Learning Module
  • Track mandatory training compliance and escalate non-compliance
  • Produce monthly reports and dashboards for managers
  • Support onboarding and induction for new staff
  • Standardise learning and development processes across services
  • Liaise with external training providers to source cost-effective training
  • Respond to training queries and gather feedback to improve learning offers

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience with HR or learning systems (e.g. PeopleXD)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Commitment to confidentiality, equality, and inclusion

Desirable:

  • Experience in social care or working with vulnerable groups
  • Familiarity with statutory training requirements in care settings
