Training and Consultancy

Centre 404 offers an extensive range of fully accredited training and coaching to any external partners.

Our training and coaching are anchored on our core values of equality, and fairness for people with learning disabilities and autism and we are invested in sharing those with others.

Our learning and development offer is person-centred, and adopt a blended approach to training/coaching, taking into account individual learning needs as well as needs of the service users.

Accredited programmes for everyone

Centre 404 has a number of fully accredited training and coaching programmes. All of our training is accredited externally by CPD UK. Some of the training that we offer includes:

Introduction to Positive Behaviour Support
Provides an introduction to PBS, exploring its values, theory and practice, understanding behaviour and basic interventions.
Active Support
The session covers quality of life and Active Support, offering attendees an opportunity to learn ways to prompt, shape and reinforce skills and development.
Learn With Us & Mind the Gap
Two unique, ground-breaking films, with accompanying trainers’ resources, about the complex relationships between families and the staff who work with their relatives who have learning disabilities and Autism.

We follow sector gold standards to baseline our training. Such as using the Skills for Care framework on minimum training standards for health and social care staff as well as the Positive Behaviour Support Framework.
