Salary: Up to £29,244.80 per annum for 37 hours per week (pro rata for part-time hours)
Hours: 25 hours per week (Administration role), with the option to increase to 37 hours per week through up to 12 additional hours of direct support work, subject to service needs and completion of relevant training. We welcome applications from candidates seeking either the 25-hour administration post or the combined 37-hour role and have no preference between the two.
(Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required for evening and weekend work.)

Summary of post
The aims of this role are to work together with the F&M Manager and Deputy Manager in coordinating and providing person-centred support for Centre 404’s Finding and Matching Service, supporting service users to become valued and participating members of the community in which they live by achieving maximum independence and integration, with opportunities to undertake direct support subject to appropriate Support Work training.
The holder will play a pivotal role in coordinating the staff team by leading on organising rotas for the service and handling case work for service users and families. The holder will assist the team with invoicing for the service and take a lead with organising staff training. This role covers administration of cases for new referrals and the holder will be expected to encourage and develop the team to promote the wellbeing of the service users and ensure that they have fulfilled and meaningful lives.
Main responsibilities
Support to current service users, potential new service users and team
▪ Work in line with the values of the service, encourage service users to be involved in day-to-day and long-term decision-making, enable them to build confidence and self- esteem.
▪ Oversee administrative operations using Microsoft Office and Nourish systems, maintaining accurate digital and physical records and supporting managers with staff supervision, communication, and information flow.
▪ Maintain employee and client records; coordinate supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks; process timesheets and track hours to support payroll, invoicing, and compliance.
▪ Prepare and manage confidential documentation (assessments, support plans, incident reports) in line with regulatory requirements, while administering an allocated caseload of service users and liaising with families, staff, and professionals to resolve queries and issues.
▪ Ensure adherence to safeguarding and Health and Safety procedures, including recognising and reporting concerns, and implementing and maintaining risk assessments and required records.
▪ Collaborate with Care Managers, families/carers, DWP, advocates, and stakeholders; develop and update policies and guidance, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
▪ Support person-centred planning by organising meetings, preparing reports, and empowering service users to participate in decision-making, build independence, and access community, education, employment, and social opportunities.
