International Women’s Day 2022 #BreakTheBias

We were proud to organise and host some important and exciting events for International Women’s Day on Tuesday 8th March.

We as a charity commit to #BreakTheBias and to continuing to help forge an inclusive world for autistic women, women with learning disabilities, and their families.

We were delighted to have over 20 people attend and benefit from our webinar this morning with Dr. Rachel Mosely on the unique challenges face by autistic women and girls. This included local partner organisations, family carers and staff.

Celebrating Neurodiversity: Featuring Inspirational Women and Girls with Autism and Learning Disabilities

We are also hosting a special International Women’s Day Museum in Room A all week from Tuesday 8th March at our Head Office on 404 Camden Road, N7 0SJ. This will feature an historical timeline, artwork and pictures and biographies of famous and inspirational neurodiverse women and girls.
