Every year, Centre 404 Supporting Families Services facilitate a webinar on Carers Rights Day to bring family carers registered with Centre 404 together for an informative session supporting carers to access help and support they are entitled to.

This year, Supporting Families Services Carers Rights Day focus is the rights that unpaid carers have to  fair and inclusive services. The 2021 carers rights day presentation will be facilitated by Supporting Families casework and information coordinator Eva Williams. Families must register interest  prior to attending so feedback can be obtained following the event. Zoom link will be sent to families registering prior to the event.

·         Accessing services during a pandemic GP health and social care and community health practitioners

·         Disabled facilities Grant

·         Adaptations to your home ​

  • I love volunteering at the Centre 404 garden

    Savaas is really active in his local community and is involved in various clubs and activities. Savaas joined our weekly Wednesday garden project in August 2010 and has been a dedicated volunteer ever since.
