Lunch time music – Monday 8 June 12pm with Centre 404

Join us at Lunch time 12pm log or dial into Zoom for a lunch time hour reminiscing with Music from the 1940’s and 1950’s.  Book your space by emailing Emilyb@centre404.org.uk or text/call 07946205415 for the Zoom details.

Self-Care Pamper Party – Monday 8 June 3pm with Age Uk

Join us for a Self-Care Pamper Party from the comfort of your home! Enjoy a relaxed, experiential,
interactive, very gentle workshop which is suitable for men and women of all ages. Practice mindful, holistic techniques that you can use anywhere and which leave you empowered, refreshed, calm and happy.

Amy Appleby from Happy Healthy Holistic will host a party that is suitable for everyone, including people with chronic health concerns and mobility needs. No special equipment is needed. Wear something comfortable, but also appropriate for a public community Zoom call. Before logging in, set up a corner of your home where you’ll be able to sit and relax for an hour. If there is enough room in that area to stand up and move your arms around, that would be ideal, but it is not necessary. We will adapt to wherever you end up in your home. The most important thing is that you join us for a chance to connect with others and reconnect with yourself!

Book your space by emailing Emilyb@centre404.org.uk or text/call 07946205415 for the Zoom details

or for technical support
