Join us on Tuesday where a Carer will be reading a Poem to raise awareness for Carers’ Week at 11am.

Then at 12pm Centre 404 will be hosting Music Lunch hour on Zoom, join us for an hour or reminiscing to some favourite hits from the 1990’s and 2000’s.

You can also send in your favourite music songs and have them played on Friday’s music hour too!
