During this years Carers Week we have teamed up with Age Uk Islington who have arranged some fantistic events for Carers throughout the week.

On Wednesday we have a Carer reading out a poem to promote Carer’s Week at 11am.

Join us at 12pm for a hourly Lunch time music session listening to the hits from the 1980’s to 1990’s on Zoom. Send in your favourite hits to be played on Friday to Emilyb@Centre404.org.uk

At 3pm Age Uk Islington are hosting a Dancer Exercise session on Zoom

you through a series of fun, follow-along moves.
