THE NEW NORMAL?
Coming out of lockdown has to be good news in many respects, but is certainly not without its hazards for the learning disabled and their families, and there are still lots of questions as to what ‘normal’ will be in future.
It was really good to meet up with so many of you at our last zoom meeting back in May. A lot has happened since then and we are holding a follow-up meeting on July 8th to share our experiences, and concerns for the future.
We’re very pleased that Stephen Day, head of ILDP, is able to join us again to update us on the delivery of services, and answer any questions we have. We do hope that you will be able to join us too – Emily will be sending out the joining instructions for an 11.00 start nearer the time.
