The Family Carers Action Group (formerly the Family Carers Reference Group) is a group of family carers of adults with learning disabilities and/or autism who live in Islington. We always welcome new members, please come along meet us!

We are holding a meeting on the subject of transition: 

– Do you have questions about transition to adult life?

– Do you want to share your views and experiences on the process?

– Do you want to hear from council offers about plans for the future?
