Dear Family Carer
We do hope you and your family are managing to cope with the very challenging world we are in at the moment. Although we can’t meet face-to-face, we thought it would still be very useful to have the opportunity to discuss any problems we are facing, and share these with senior Islington staff.
We are therefore setting up a meeting by Zoom for 10.30 on Wednesday 20th May. We are very pleased that we will be joined at the meeting by:
Stephen Day, Head of Islington Learning Disabilities Partnership, and
Ellie Chesterman, Senior Commissioner for Adult Social Services.
Stephen and Ellie will be able to tell us how they are continuing to deliver services under lockdown, as well as hearing from us about issues that may have arisen.
This will be a quite informal meeting, and we do hope that you will want to join us. Please let Emily, who has taken on Philippa’s role at Centre 404, know if you would like to. She can then send you the invitation via your email. If you haven’t used Zoom before, please contact Emily who will be able to assist – Emilyb@centre404.org.uk
Looking forward to seeing you all on the 20th
With our best wishes
Mark Austin – Chair, FCRG ILPD
