Rebecca is a qualified yoga instructor and teaches cleansing, restorative yoga which encourages gentle movement coupled with breathing techniques. Yoga can be an incredible form of exercise and helps with managing stress, as well as teaching to let go of that which does not serve you.
Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, have water with you and a chair and yoga mat (this is an optional extra).
