Yoga is back! This free online class is for our family carers. Take some time to de-stress with our teacher, who is a qualified yoga instructor and teaches cleansing, restorative yoga which encourages gentle movement coupled with breathing techniques. Yoga can be an incredible form of exercise and helps with managing stress, as well as teaching to let go of that which does not serve you.

Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, have water with you and a chair and yoga matt (this is an optional extra).
