Are you tired, stressed or anxious about events or responsibilities in your life? Come along to our relaxation morning for family carers. We will have introduction to mindfulness by Chris Norris from the Stress Project, who will be teaching us coping strategies and ways to unwind during difficult periods. There will be the opportunity to learn more about other support options out there, and chat to other family carers about ways they de-stress. There will also be cake!
We are hoping to hold this event in person at Centre 404, but will be able to confirm this closer to the time.
