About growing together
Growing Together is a free NHS service for Islington families. We aim to help mothers, fathers and other carers of children aged 1 to 5, who are experiencing feelings such as stress, anxiety, low mood or relationship difficulties. All of our work is designed to support parents and children emotionally. We also aim to help children develop good routines, learn to manage their emotions, and build relationships.

Are there topics you would like to discuss or resources you would like the facilitator to bring to the Zoom Coffee morning? Get in touch with Emily and share your topics.

Please email Emily to register your interest in attending the coffee morning. Emilyb@centre404.org.uk or call 07946 205415
