We’ll be joined by Victoria from Perception Counselling Service who will be discussing Anxiety, how it can present, how is affects us and sharing tips of how to manage the feelings of anxiety.

-What is anxiety –different types and effects 15mins including video
-Flight, fight or freeze – anxiety presents differently to different people – break off for zoom activity if you technology allows. 10 minutes
-Background of anxiety and triggers and how to recognise them (these are different for everyone so some reflection and sharing only if people wanted to would be invited here). 10 minutes
-How to manage anxiety when it gets overwhelming such as grounding techniques which we would do together (via zoom) 10 minutes
– At what point is anxiety becoming a mental health problem and further support is needed. 5 minutes
– Time for reflection 5 minutes
