Mindfulness session for parents and children
Monday 4th May at 11am on Zoom
The session plan is as follows:
11am-11:10am – Introduction and house rules
11:10am-11:20am – Mindfulness session for children aged 7+
11:20am-11:30am – Children sharing experiences
11:30am-11:45am -Time for parents to get children settled before their session.
11:45am-12:05pm – Mindfulness session for parents.
12:05pm – 12:30pm – Sharing experiences of mindfulness and final thoughts.
