We are pleased to announce that our fantastic yoga classes with the lovely Rebecca will be back. This week the class is on Thursday 3rd March 2022 at 1pm.  These yoga classes are open to any family carer registered with Centre 404, and will be run via zoom.

These sessions are suitable for people with all levels of experience, and are a chance for you to take time out of your busy schedules and recharge and refresh.
