Centre 404 supporting Families invite you to attend our Planning for the Future webinar.

The webinar will be a brief overview of practical concerns in relation to how best to provide for our loved ones when we no longer will be able to do so. Covering:

  • Initiating Conversations
  • Care Act 2014
  • Putting your affairs in order
  • Power of attorney, Appointees, Wills and Discretionary Trusts
  • Office of the Public Guardian
  • Bereavement Support
  • Mental Capacity

The purpose of this webinar is to deliver information and a general overview of issues to consider when planning for the future. Issues presented may be particularly relevant to families caring for a child and/or adult dependent with autism spectrum disorders and/or learning disabilities. The aim is to contribute to a general understanding of the law; not to provide specific legal advice. While care has been taken to provide accurate and current information, the information, advice and general principles of law presented is intended as guidance only. Because the law constantly changes and is subject to varying interpretations, Centre 404 Family Services urge you to consult professional legal counsel in respect of any points of law and/or financial information discussed.

To confirm your attendance or to ask any questions contact Eva on evaw@centre404.org.uk or 07983 711 812.
