The purpose of this webinar is to deliver information and a general overview of issues to consider when planning for the future. Issues presented may be particularly relevant to families caring for a child and/or adult dependent with autism spectrum disorders and/or learning disabilities. The aim is to contribute to a general understanding of the law; not to provide specific legal advice.
