Dear Family Carers,

We hope you are keeping well during these challenging times, lock down has had a profound impact on our lives and it can be challenging to find time during the day to get some daily exercise. We are teaming up with Yoga Teacher Rebecca Plume.

Rebecca is a qualified yoga instructor and teaches cleansing, restorative yoga which encourages gentle movement coupled with breathing techniques. Yoga can be an incredible form of exercise and helps with managing stress, as well as teaching to let go of that which does not serve you.
