Come and join us for a peaceful Winter Walk and Talk – we will be meeting at 11am on the 23rd November and taking a leisurely stroll for about an hour.

We will be meeting at the entrance to Regents park near to Regents Park Tube station – this entrance is called East Gate Park Square, and is on the corner of Marylebone Road and Park Square East. Please wrap up warmly and feel free to bring your own refreshments! This is a chance to meet other family carers whilst getting some fresh air (and hopefully sunshine!). If you would like, feel free to bring children or those you care for along with you for the walk.
